Every item is made to order especially for you. Because of this, production begins after your order has been placed.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping. During holidays or periods of high demand, fulfillment times may be longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Remnant Standard is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at remnantstandard@gmail.com. If your order has not yet entered production, we will do our best to update it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at remnantstandard@gmail.com. We will work with our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
