Return & Refund Policy

At Remnant Standard, each item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom printed after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or changes of mind.

Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund. If you contact us before your order has entered production, we will do our best to update your shipping information.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled because each item is made specifically for you.
